APR Disclosure

This page provides Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z) style cost disclosures for cash advance options that may be presented through Seilor: Loans till Payday. SEILOR FINANCE LLC is not a lender. Final APR, fees, and repayment terms are set solely by the third-party lender you choose.

1. Purpose of This Page

This APR Disclosure is provided so you can understand the types of cost information that may apply when you use Seilor: Loans till Payday to compare short-term cash advance or personal loan options from third-party lenders. It is intended to support informed borrowing decisions and to present illustrative figures in a Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z) style format.

Nothing on this page is a credit offer, a commitment to lend, a guarantee of approval, or a substitute for the lender-specific disclosures you must receive before accepting any loan. Always read the lender's final Truth-in-Lending statement, loan agreement, and fee schedule before you proceed.

2. Our Role vs. Lenders

SEILOR FINANCE LLC operates Seilor: Loans till Payday as a marketplace and lead-generation platform. We connect consumers seeking short-term cash advances with lenders in our network. We are not a lender, bank, credit broker, loan servicer, or credit decision-maker.

  • We do not set APRs, interest rates, finance charges, or fees.
  • We do not approve or deny credit applications.
  • We do not fund loans, disburse proceeds, or collect repayments.
  • We do not control a lender's underwriting criteria, repayment schedule, or servicing practices.

If you accept an offer, your contractual relationship is solely with that lender under its own terms and privacy policy. Questions about a specific loan, approval, funding timing, payment due dates, payoff amounts, or late fees should be directed to the lender that issued the offer.

3. Available Ranges

Product availability and pricing vary by lender, state law, product type, credit profile, income, repayment ability, and other underwriting factors. The following ranges are examples of what participating lenders may offer through Seilor: Loans till Payday:

  • Loan amounts: $200 to $500 for first-time requests; larger amounts may be available to returning borrowers up to $5,000 where permitted.
  • Annual percentage rate (APR): 5.99% to 35.99%.
  • Repayment terms: 2 to 24 months.

Not all applicants qualify for the lowest rate, the longest term, or the largest amount. Some users may receive no offer. Ranges shown on marketing pages, in the App, or on this website may change over time and are not guarantees of the terms you will see.

4. What APR Means

The annual percentage rate (APR) is a standardized way to express the yearly cost of credit, including interest and certain finance charges, so you can compare offers more easily. A lower APR generally means a lower cost of credit for a comparable amount and term, but total cost also depends on loan amount, term length, payment frequency, and any fees that are not included in APR.

APR is not the same as a simple interest rate. Lenders may calculate finance charges differently, and some products may include origination fees, late fees, returned-payment fees, or other charges that affect what you ultimately pay. Always confirm how APR and fees are disclosed in the lender's official documents.

5. Representative Example

The following example is provided for illustration only under a Regulation Z style presentation. It is not an offer, pre-approval, or prediction of the terms any lender will provide to you.

Representative example

A $250 cash advance with a 35.99% APR repaid over 3 months would result in roughly 3 monthly payments of about $88, for a total repayment of approximately $265. This example excludes lender-specific fees (such as origination, late, or NSF fees) and assumes on-time payments according to a simplified monthly schedule.

If the same principal were repaid over a longer term at a lower APR, monthly payments would typically be smaller, but total interest paid over the life of the loan could still be material. Conversely, a shorter term usually increases the payment amount while reducing the time interest accrues. Your actual schedule will come only from the lender.

How to read the example

  • Amount financed (illustrative): $250
  • APR (illustrative): 35.99%
  • Term (illustrative): 3 months
  • Approximate monthly payment: about $88
  • Approximate total of payments: about $265

6. Fees and Other Costs

In addition to interest reflected in APR, a lender may charge fees permitted by law and disclosed before you accept. Common examples include:

  • Origination or administrative fees
  • Late payment fees
  • Returned payment / NSF fees
  • Expedited funding or wire fees, where offered
  • Other product-specific charges described in the lender agreement

SEILOR FINANCE LLC does not set these fees. Fee amounts, names, and conditions vary by lender and jurisdiction. Ask the lender whether early repayment is allowed without penalty and whether any fee is refundable.

7. Repayment and Payment Frequency

Repayment terms available through the network generally range from 2 to 24 months. Payment frequency may be weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly, depending on the lender and, in some cases, your pay schedule.

Many lenders collect payments by ACH debit from a U.S. bank account you designate. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds on scheduled payment dates. Missed or returned payments can result in fees, negative credit reporting (where permitted), collection activity, or default remedies described in the lender agreement.

8. Required Lender Disclosures

Before you accept a loan, federal and state law generally require the lender to provide clear disclosures. Depending on the product, these may include:

  • APR
  • Finance charge
  • Amount financed
  • Total of payments
  • Payment schedule and number of payments
  • Itemization of amounts paid to you or on your behalf
  • Late fees, prepayment terms, and other material conditions

Do not rely solely on summary cards or marketing ranges shown in Seilor: Loans till Payday. The lender's official disclosures control. If anything is unclear, contact the lender before signing or accepting funds.

9. No Guarantee of Terms

Submitting a request through Seilor: Loans till Payday is not a credit application to SEILOR FINANCE LLC and does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, be approved, or receive any specific amount, APR, term, or funding timeline. Lenders make independent decisions. Not all applicants qualify, and eligibility criteria may change.

10. State and Product Limits

The service is not available in all states. Certain products, APRs, fees, or loan amounts may be restricted or prohibited where you live. A lender may decline to offer credit in your state even if ranges shown on this site would otherwise appear available. Always confirm state eligibility with the lender before relying on any example.

11. How to Compare Offers

When reviewing options from lenders, consider at least the following:

  • APR and whether fees are included in that APR
  • Total of payments over the full term
  • Payment amount and frequency relative to your income
  • Whether you can repay early without penalty
  • Funding method and expected timing
  • Consequences of late or missed payments

Short-term or higher-APR credit can be expensive and may not be suitable for long-term needs. Borrow only what you can reasonably repay.

12. Updates

We may update this APR Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in example ranges, product descriptions, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of Seilor: Loans till Payday after an update means you should review the revised disclosure.
